After his death in Ninteen Thirty-seven, a small cult formed around his works. Soon after, the Horrorterrors latched onto their vulnerable minds. Soon, the Cult of the Woegothics formed. They attacked the Clown Cult under the guidance of the Circle, due to their morshid of euglisu. Soon, the two cults were locked in an underground war. Soon after, the Grimoire for Summoning the Zoologically Dubious was written.

In the late Nintey's, a small studio produced a show titled "Squiddles", which infamously was marketed towards children. The show was "created [...] as an echo of their subconscious awareness that these gods exist, and present them through this cute, approachable facade.” This caused a split in the cult, on one side there are the Hardcore Woegothics, worshipping the True Will of the KadiHstuIIdrn nnnflhup, and their are the Happypeppy Peachswimmers, loving the Squiddly Brineswallows.
